I had a bad tooth that I needed out badly, and even though they are short staffed right now they were able to get me in. The Dentist herself is great about understanding pain, and really cares about her patients and wants to help them. Had to have my i tooth pulled today, and it’s already healing nicely.

Update: My daughter had her crown put on. It was a great experience. It only took about 30 minutes and the fit is perfect. All of her discomfort and pain is now gone. She also feels way more confident in her smile! Very happy with the work that was done! My daughter had a tooth prepped for a crown today. She had the gas to calm her down and it took less than an hour. The temporary resin doesn’t look perfect but it’s enough to protect the new filed tooth until the permanent crown comes in a week or two. The staff was very friendly and the facility was clean.
I had a great experience. I got in within days of calling for an appointment and the staff was friendly. I got there a half hour early and they took me back within 10 minutes of getting there. I will definitely be continuing to go there for my dental needs.

Update : had my molds done today , was very pleasant , efficient, explained entire process to me well. Answered all my questions . Always pleasant . Again came in for the next step of my denture , they are very understanding, they always are thorough and answer all of my questions , and very accommodating to my time and scheduling with appoints and work notice. Love this dentist.

I have Trigeminal Neuralgia and the dentist can be a nerve racking idea! So when I go I am careful to not trigger my facial pain. I have had 2 teeth extracted (from Everyone's family dental). My teeth just don't want to come out. Even when they are needing to be removed. Everyone's family dental does a good job and pain- is minimal - and when I say that- it's a good thing. Having Trigeminal Neuralgia causes even the simplest thing like brushing my teeth hurt very bad. I am a regular customer, and my family is counting on them for our teeth matters. See you again soon!!!
I was a little skeptical at first, but they were honestly amazing! Everyone was super welcoming & helpful with the check in process. My cleaning was done by two women who were super sweet and made sure I was absolutely comfortable & Dr. Ma did a great job answering a list of questions I had.

I was pretty terrified of getting my procedure done but both the dentist and dental assistant did a phenomenal job at reassuring me and keeping me calm, the dental assistant even held my hand during the procedure. Usually am terrified of the dentist so I haven’t been in years but I will be going regularly to this one as I feel safe here

This is one of the best dentists I have ever been to. They are precise and quick. Very clean, very nice people. I had all my top teeth pulled and she pulled all probably within 40 seconds and there was like 10 teeth. I would recommend going and checking them out. The only thing is, they don't do root canals. They do accept badger care also. They are a 5 star in my book.

SUCH wonderful service! I called Monday about a broken and loose tooth. They fit me in Wednesday for an extraction! They got it done in less than 25 mins! It was my first time there, and will definitely be making them my regular dentists!

Very strange experience, went to check in and no one was at the desk, I had a girl come up and tell me I had to pick up the phone to check in and dial the number on the sign..I called and could barely hear the lady on the other end (happens every time I call them too). She told me she's going to text me my new patient forms, then I have to grab a business card and send a pic of my id to the number then they would come grab me. I got called back rather quickly but then I had to wait about 45 minutes to get my cleaning. I feel she did a good job with the cleaning and was very professional, but the all around experience was odd.

The staff are all friendly and helpful! The doctor has some impressive skills! I have had teeth pulled before but they always struggled to get the teeth out. This was the first time I had teeth removed on the first try. She pulled 10 teeth faster and more efficiently than I would have thought possible. I am super grateful for this place and all the people working to ensure everyone can get their smile back without pain!

Was treated with “kid gloves” even though I am 30 years old. They asked if I had anyone with me(my husband was waiting), as if I couldn’t do anything for myself. I was then given 2 prescriptions for medication and sent on my way(wisdom tooth removal) without so much as being told how to treat/ care for the “area”.
My daughter went in for her first ever visit. She didn't cooperate very well but I was told everyone was still very nice with her. Would have like to get some paperwork. Other than that I had no issues.

Great with kids and good and fast at pulling teeth. New to the area and glad we came 2x for oldest daughter getting baby teeth pulled, when adult teeth popped through behind baby teeth, and baby teeth didn’t want to come out. Thankful also, they pulled my husband’s cracked wisdom tooth very quickly and in 1 good pull, and he was impressed, because he didn’t know it was done in 1 pull. He assumed it’d take at least 2 pulls, for it was cracked in half.
Everyone during my visit made it a really pleasant experience! The appointment started on time and I wasn’t left waiting long at all in the room. The dental assistant/ hygienist and the doctor were both extremely kind!

Been going to Everyone's Family Dental for about two years now and it has always been a pleasant experience. A few times I've had to do a little waiting, but I'm fine with that. (They also have a TV in the waiting room and the dental rooms.) The doctors and nurses are so friendly, polite, and sweet. They are super fast at cleaning your teeth as well. This dentist makes sure are not in pain when she's extracting teeth and yes all shots hurt! But she made sure as she was extracting that you are not in no pain at all! She is also so fast at doing this job because I needed all my uppers out it was done before I even knew it!
The staff were extremely friendly. They helped me and answered all my questions. They did a great job cleaning and giving me a check up. They weren't able to give me the root canal I needed but we're able to give me antibiotics and help me find a place that would take my insurance.

I had not been to the dentist in almost 10 years because I have dental trauma and anxiety. I kind of expected to be shamed but I was never once made to feel bad. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. My husband was also able to have a stain removed that was really bothering him, as part of his regular cleaning.

I’m going on about 3-4 months of my dental journey. I have been greeted on each visit with nothing but smiles, kindness, and efficiency. Not many dental procedures are pleasant but Doc always works with speed and efficiency to get the job done!

Most places I've tried to make an appointment to, wanted to schedule and X-ray first then wisdom tooth removal later on. I was very surprised that this place did the removal the moment I got in right after the x-ray. The whole appointment lasted 30 minutes. It was very quick. Everyone was very nice. They gave me numbing injections in my mouth, that was the only painful part. I knew I needed more because there was so definitely still feeling in the back on my mouth and they were very quick to apply more numbing injections (still hurt in parts that were not numb). But the extraction itself was very quick! After they numb you up the extraction just feels like intense pressure. It was very scary not going to lie, my whole body was shaking. BUT they were very quick with everything. The extraction itself was not even 5 minutes. I was awake for everything. The only thing I wasn't a fan of, was the fact that I had keep my mouth open for it all. I do wish they had something to help me keep my mouth open but I'm glad it's all over. I was able to leave and go home right after. The after care is pretty self explanatory. I have no pain at all after the extraction. I would definitely recommend. They accept most to almost all Insurances. I only needed 1-2 days off of work. Honestly probably didn't need the 2nd day. Because the after experience is no different than pulling out a loose Molar tooth. I highly recommend. If you want a quick wisdom tooth extraction, come here . It will only take 25-30 minutes of your day. Right after mine, I was perfectly fine to do my other errands like grocery shopping etc.

My first experience at this dental clinic and it was incredible! I called a little before 10 with a toothache. I've known for awhile that a molar needed to be extracted, but the Mfld clinic hasn't called me in a year, so... They had a cancellation and I was able to be seen at 11. After paperwork I was in the exam room by 1130. Got pain free x-rays and then the Dr came in. She gave the novacaine shots, not my favorite part, but after numbing it, she came back in and pulled that tooth out in seconds!! Seriously no pain, no grinding, no pushing or pulling. She runs a busy clinic, that's for sure... But everything went so smoothly. From the front desk receptionists to the very capable dental assistants to the dentist herself, this was the best dental experience I've had in a long time! Thank you so much! Impressive!!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility! First of all, they accept almost every insurance— both corporate & state-funded. They’re an all-in-one facility! They do preventative/restorative care (sealants, crowns, bridges, fillings, cleanings, x-rays, etc.) Oral surgery (tooth extractions, root canals, etc.) They even do cosmetic work! (Veneers, implants, custom whitening treatments, etc) If you aren’t covered by insurance or your insurance doesn’t cover a certain service, they have GREAT payment plans! The ladies here are so quick, precise & friendly. They make sure you’re comfortable. Each room here has its own TV & they let you pick a movie before your procedure/exam. I am so excited to come back for preventative care, removal of my silver fillings (for tooth color) & whitening treatments! 🤗❤️

I had a wisdom tooth that erupted a few months ago, I was told by my primary dentist that they could not remove it, and that I needed to be seen by an oral surgeon. After being told numerous times that oral surgeons were booked until fall of 2023. I was referred over to Everyone's Family Dental by a friend. I was in an out, xrays, and tooth being removed in less than 30 minutes. Friendly staff, very efficient. Needless to say I will be switching dentist's.
Service was okay but the manager was so amazing and helped me the most throughout my visit.

Got me in for an appointment right away, loved the atmosphere. A little rough on my extraction but very quick, it was over within minutes. They explained everything on what they were doing and what I needed to do after extraction. Great place.

This place had friendly staff at the front desk, helpfull and courteous and the dentist was very nice and answered all my concerns and gave his recommendation , the only downside was the waiting area which was plenty of room but a lot of torn up chairs and no paintings or anything on the walls, it should be a little more presentable and comfortable most people are nervous enough just going to a dentist but I would definitely go back 5 stars for service but 3 on cleanlinEsd and decor or lack of

Pleasantly surprised! Having sensitive teeth it is always a bear to communicate just how sensitive they really are to dentists, Dr. Roya took extra special care to see that I was comfortable. Her demeanor is soft with a maternal feeling, she is gentle and straight forward. I definitely felt at ease in her presence. After reading previous reviews I was apprehensive about coming in... I am so very grateful that I took a chance with this clinic. The staff are friendly, they let me ask all of my questions without making me feel like I was a burden (and there were many due to being nervous), tools were clean, as was the facility, and above all I was taken care of with such finess that any worries I had previously felt silly and insignificant. Finding a new dentist always seemed so stressful, I am grateful this clinic put that worry to rest for me. Can’t wait to see them in six months for my next cleaning!
Best Dentist I have ever had
I really love this dentist office for my girls! The staff is amazing with them everytime. I have 1 complaint that when you have to have an appointment rescheduled 3 times (twice by them, once by me) that they put the new appointment ON THE SCHEDULE! I just drove a half hour with my 9 year old full of anxiety to get cavities filled which should have been done months ago only to be told her appointment wasn't on the computer. Funny because when they called me I made sure to put it in my phone....she had no appointment what so ever scheduled at this office in Normal

This place is where its at if you have kids, Ive never seen such nicer people with them and you are allowed in the room as well with your children, you get treated like family there and the kids get awesome toothbrushes as well, dont go to First Impressions go here!!

If I were you, I would highly recommend going there if you need any kind of emergency dental problems or even if you're general looking for a dentist in the area. I also drive an 1 hour and 20 minutes away from where I live to go to this dentist!

I had a bad tooth that I needed out badly, and even though they are short staffed right now they were able to get me in. The Dentist herself is great about understanding pain, and really cares about her patients and wants to help them. Had to have my i tooth pulled today, and it’s already healing nicely.

Update: My daughter had her crown put on. It was a great experience. It only took about 30 minutes and the fit is perfect. All of her discomfort and pain is now gone. She also feels way more confident in her smile! Very happy with the work that was done! My daughter had a tooth prepped for a crown today. She had the gas to calm her down and it took less than an hour. The temporary resin doesn’t look perfect but it’s enough to protect the new filed tooth until the permanent crown comes in a week or two. The staff was very friendly and the facility was clean.
I had a great experience. I got in within days of calling for an appointment and the staff was friendly. I got there a half hour early and they took me back within 10 minutes of getting there. I will definitely be continuing to go there for my dental needs.

I had to get 12 teeth pulled today for my denture. And I have never been so happy and appreciative of a dentist in my entire life. Everybody's family dentist in schofield. Was so clean and awesome. Very understanding of your needs. Polite , efficient, great staff, I felt nothing. It was quick and painless , the professionalism was out of this world. I will never go to another dentist again. Update : had my molds done today , was very pleasant , efficient, explained entire process to me well. Answered all my questions . Always pleasant . Again came in for the next step of my denture , they are very understanding, they always are thorough and answer all of my questions , and very accommodating to my time and scheduling with appoints and work notice. Love this dentist.

They are very friendly, the girls are so good at what they do. I have had bad luck with my dentures they have broke 3 times which is sad, but the young girl that helped grind them to fit my mouth was a absolute angel, she was patient and listened and helped me, she deserves to be employee of the month. The Dr. Is truly a mouth ninja. She was in and out in a flash and my heal time has been drastically reduced compared to past experiences. Been going for 4 yrs now. Will never go anywhere else. Recommend for sure.
I love this place, they are super nice. they get you in your appointment right away. I walked in at 10am when my appointment was at 10:30am but i was in a room within a couple minutes after walking in!

I have Trigeminal Neuralgia and the dentist can be a nerve racking idea! So when I go I am careful to not trigger my facial pain. I have had 2 teeth extracted (from Everyone's family dental). My teeth just don't want to come out. Even when they are needing to be removed. Everyone's family dental does a good job and pain- is minimal - and when I say that- it's a good thing. Having Trigeminal Neuralgia causes even the simplest thing like brushing my teeth hurt very bad. I am a regular customer, and my family is counting on them for our teeth matters. See you again soon!!!
I was a little skeptical at first, but they were honestly amazing! Everyone was super welcoming & helpful with the check in process. My cleaning was done by two women who were super sweet and made sure I was absolutely comfortable & Dr. Ma did a great job answering a list of questions I had.

I was pretty terrified of getting my procedure done but both the dentist and dental assistant did a phenomenal job at reassuring me and keeping me calm, the dental assistant even held my hand during the procedure. Usually am terrified of the dentist so I haven’t been in years but I will be going regularly to this one as I feel safe here

This place is where its at if you have kids, Ive never seen such nicer people with them and you are allowed in the room as well with your children, you get treated like family there and the kids get awesome toothbrushes as well, dont go to First Impressions go here!!

This is one of the best dentists I have ever been to. They are precise and quick. Very clean, very nice people. I had all my top teeth pulled and she pulled all probably within 40 seconds and there was like 10 teeth. I would recommend going and checking them out. The only thing is, they don't do root canals. They do accept badger care also. They are a 5 star in my book.

SUCH wonderful service! I called Monday about a broken and loose tooth. They fit me in Wednesday for an extraction! They got it done in less than 25 mins! It was my first time there, and will definitely be making them my regular dentists!

Very strange experience, went to check in and no one was at the desk, I had a girl come up and tell me I had to pick up the phone to check in and dial the number on the sign..I called and could barely hear the lady on the other end (happens every time I call them too). She told me she's going to text me my new patient forms, then I have to grab a business card and send a pic of my id to the number then they would come grab me. I got called back rather quickly but then I had to wait about 45 minutes to get my cleaning. I feel she did a good job with the cleaning and was very professional, but the all around experience was odd.

The staff are all friendly and helpful! The doctor has some impressive skills! I have had teeth pulled before but they always struggled to get the teeth out. This was the first time I had teeth removed on the first try. She pulled 10 teeth faster and more efficiently than I would have thought possible. I am super grateful for this place and all the people working to ensure everyone can get their smile back without pain!

Was treated with “kid gloves” even though I am 30 years old. They asked if I had anyone with me(my husband was waiting), as if I couldn’t do anything for myself. I was then given 2 prescriptions for medication and sent on my way(wisdom tooth removal) without so much as being told how to treat/ care for the “area”.
My daughter went in for her first ever visit. She didn't cooperate very well but I was told everyone was still very nice with her. Would have like to get some paperwork. Other than that I had no issues.

Great with kids and good and fast at pulling teeth. New to the area and glad we came 2x for oldest daughter getting baby teeth pulled, when adult teeth popped through behind baby teeth, and baby teeth didn’t want to come out. Thankful also, they pulled my husband’s cracked wisdom tooth very quickly and in 1 good pull, and he was impressed, because he didn’t know it was done in 1 pull. He assumed it’d take at least 2 pulls, for it was cracked in half.

Been going to Everyone's Family Dental for about two years now and it has always been a pleasant experience. A few times I've had to do a little waiting, but I'm fine with that. (They also have a TV in the waiting room and the dental rooms.) The doctors and nurses are so friendly, polite, and sweet. They are super fast at cleaning your teeth as well. The staff is so friendly and make me feel good to have dental work done. I had some major issues with my front top teeth and the put crowns on them and gave me my smile back. This dentist makes sure are not in pain when she's extracting teeth and yes all shots hurt! But she made sure as she was extracting that you are not in no pain at all! She is also so fast at doing this job because I needed all my uppers out it was done before I even knew it!
The staff were extremely friendly. They helped me and answered all my questions. They did a great job cleaning and giving me a check up. They weren't able to give me the root canal I needed but we're able to give me antibiotics and help me find a place that would take my insurance.

I had not been to the dentist in almost 10 years because I have dental trauma and anxiety. I kind of expected to be shamed but I was never once made to feel bad. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. My husband was also able to have a stain removed that was really bothering him, as part of his regular cleaning.

Most places I've tried to make an appointment to, wanted to schedule and X-ray first then wisdom tooth removal later on. I was very surprised that this place did the removal the moment I got in right after the x-ray. The whole appointment lasted 30 minutes. It was very quick. Everyone was very nice. They gave me numbing injections in my mouth, that was the only painful part. I knew I needed more because there was so definitely still feeling in the back on my mouth and they were very quick to apply more numbing injections (still hurt in parts that were not numb). But the extraction itself was very quick! After they numb you up the extraction just feels like intense pressure. It was very scary not going to lie, my whole body was shaking. BUT they were very quick with everything. The extraction itself was not even 5 minutes. I was awake for everything. The only thing I wasn't a fan of, was the fact that I had keep my mouth open for it all. I do wish they had something to help me keep my mouth open but I'm glad it's all over. I was able to leave and go home right after. The after care is pretty self explanatory. I have no pain at all after the extraction. I would definitely recommend. They accept most to almost all Insurances. I only needed 1-2 days off of work. Honestly probably didn't need the 2nd day. Because the after experience is no different than pulling out a loose Molar tooth. I highly recommend. If you want a quick wisdom tooth extraction, come here . It will only take 25-30 minutes of your day. Right after mine, I was perfectly fine to do my other errands like grocery shopping etc.

My first experience at this dental clinic and it was incredible! I called a little before 10 with a toothache. I've known for awhile that a molar needed to be extracted, but the Mfld clinic hasn't called me in a year, so... They had a cancellation and I was able to be seen at 11. After paperwork I was in the exam room by 1130. Got pain free x-rays and then the Dr came in. She gave the novacaine shots, not my favorite part, but after numbing it, she came back in and pulled that tooth out in seconds!! Seriously no pain, no grinding, no pushing or pulling. She runs a busy clinic, that's for sure... But everything went so smoothly. From the front desk receptionists to the very capable dental assistants to the dentist herself, this was the best dental experience I've had in a long time! Thank you so much! Impressive!!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility! First of all, they accept almost every insurance— both corporate & state-funded. They’re an all-in-one facility! They do preventative/restorative care (sealants, crowns, bridges, fillings, cleanings, x-rays, etc.) Oral surgery (tooth extractions, root canals, etc.) They even do cosmetic work! (Veneers, implants, custom whitening treatments, etc) If you aren’t covered by insurance or your insurance doesn’t cover a certain service, they have GREAT payment plans! The ladies here are so quick, precise & friendly. They make sure you’re comfortable. Each room here has its own TV & they let you pick a movie before your procedure/exam. I am so excited to come back for preventative care, removal of my silver fillings (for tooth color) & whitening treatments! 🤗❤️

I had a wisdom tooth that erupted a few months ago, I was told by my primary dentist that they could not remove it, and that I needed to be seen by an oral surgeon. After being told numerous times that oral surgeons were booked until fall of 2023. I was referred over to Everyone's Family Dental by a friend. I was in an out, xrays, and tooth being removed in less than 30 minutes. Friendly staff, very efficient. Needless to say I will be switching dentist's.

Got me in for an appointment right away, loved the atmosphere. A little rough on my extraction but very quick, it was over within minutes. They explained everything on what they were doing and what I needed to do after extraction. Great place.

Very friendly staff and doctors. I had to have a tooth pulled today. It went sooo fast! I was definitely impressed. They were so kind, explained things well, and most importantly- it didn't hurt! I will be going back and definitely recommend them.
By far the best dentist I've ever seen. She is kind, patient, and very good bed side manner. The staff are also excellent!

I take my kids here and they accept badger care they are really good with them. They also gave them electrical tooth brushes!

This place had friendly staff at the front desk, helpfull and courteous and the dentist was very nice and answered all my concerns and gave his recommendation , the only downside was the waiting area which was plenty of room but a lot of torn up chairs and no paintings or anything on the walls, it should be a little more presentable and comfortable most people are nervous enough just going to a dentist but I would definitely go back 5 stars for service but 3 on cleanlinEsd and decor or lack of

Pleasantly surprised! Having sensitive teeth it is always a bear to communicate just how sensitive they really are to dentists, Dr. Roya took extra special care to see that I was comfortable. Her demeanor is soft with a maternal feeling, she is gentle and straight forward. I definitely felt at ease in her presence. After reading previous reviews I was apprehensive about coming in... I am so very grateful that I took a chance with this clinic. The staff are friendly, they let me ask all of my questions without making me feel like I was a burden (and there were many due to being nervous), tools were clean, as was the facility, and above all I was taken care of with such finess that any worries I had previously felt silly and insignificant. Finding a new dentist always seemed so stressful, I am grateful this clinic put that worry to rest for me. Can’t wait to see them in six months for my next cleaning!
Best Dentist I have ever had
I really love this dentist office for my girls! The staff is amazing with them everytime. I have 1 complaint that when you have to have an appointment rescheduled 3 times (twice by them, once by me) that they put the new appointment ON THE SCHEDULE! I just drove a half hour with my 9 year old full of anxiety to get cavities filled which should have been done months ago only to be told her appointment wasn't on the computer. Funny because when they called me I made sure to put it in my phone....she had no appointment what so ever scheduled at this office in Normal

This place is where its at if you have kids, Ive never seen such nicer people with them and you are allowed in the room as well with your children, you get treated like family there and the kids get awesome toothbrushes as well, dont go to First Impressions go here!!
